This article refers to changes in the format of the Russian-language media in Uzbekistan. “Speech is one of the types of human communicative activity, the use of language means to communicate with other members of the linguistic community. Speech is understood as the "speaking process" (speech activity, speech act), and its result, speech works, recorded by memory or writing "[1].
