The issues of social protection and youth employment in the organization and increase of public control, attention and active work with women and youth in the new Uzbekistan have risen to the level of state policy, women's organizations in social protection, local the main tasks of self-governing bodies and other social organizations and foundations are described. It also includes measures to establish social security on a community basis to ensure and support the living standards of the disabled and low-income citizens, to support women's and youth entrepreneurship, to develop family businesses, to create loans to create new jobs. measures and some problems to be solved. The article also puts forward a number of proposals to increase the efficiency of small business and private entrepreneurship, local self-government.
