Hozirgi vaqtda yo‗l qurilishida mahalliy materiallardan vagruntlardan foydalanish zarurligi ilgari surilmoqda. O‗zbekistonning ko‗pginahududlarida yo‗l to‗shama asosini qurish uchun xom-ashyo materiallar tanqisligi vaularni yetkazib berish qo‗shimcha transport xarajatlari bilan bog‗liqligini hisobgaolsak, yo‗l to‗shama asosida mahalliy gruntlardan foydalanishning dolzarbligi yaqqolnamoyon bo‗ladi.
