This paper explores the aluminum bronze technology. Aluminum bronze is a group of copper-based alloys where aluminum is the primary alloying element. These materials are well-known for their high mechanical strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and good wear properties. This paper presents an overview of the modern technologies used in the production of aluminum bronze, with particular attention to the selection of raw materials, melting and alloying techniques, casting methods, and powder metallurgy approaches. The advantages of using local raw materials and energy-efficient processes are also discussed.
