The article highlights the current problems of attracting women and girls living in the Republic of Uzbekistan to sports. The results of a survey conducted to identify these problems are analyzed. Based on the analysis of scientific and methodological literature, study and generalization of best practices, proposals and recommendations for solving this problem are developed.
