The article explores the theoretical and practical foundations of developing small business and family entrepreneurship in rural areas under the conditions of the digital economy. It highlights their socio-economic importance in ensuring employment, reducing poverty, and improving living standards through the service sector. The study analyzes state reforms, preferential credit programs, and family entrepreneurship initiatives, demonstrating their practical outcomes. Based on the findings, proposals and recommendations are developed to enhance the entrepreneurial environment, create new jobs, and increase the share of small business in GDP.
