This article examines the role and importance of Paralympic sports for people with physical disabilities and disabilities, as well as the problems of achieving high sports achievements in Paralympic sports. At the same time, the history and prospects of modern paralympic sports in the world, issues of state support for the development of paralympic sports in Uzbekistan will be discussed.
