The article describes the analysis of the study aimed at increasing the efficiency of selection and orientation in training groups by determining the level of physical fitness of triple jumpers in the initial training group. At the same time, the study provided information on the effectiveness of a set of exercises aimed at increasing the special physical fitness of young triple jumpers.
