This study analyzed the impact of autogenic training using a hammock simulator on the emotional state of athletes involved in mixed martial arts. They also evaluated the effectiveness of a new autogenic training method, including a hammock trainer, as part of their training program. The results of the study indicate a positive impact of this training system on the emotional state of athletes, according to their subjective assessment. The psychological work approach focuses on the athletes' condition through autogenic training, complemented by the physical impact of swinging in a hammock exercise machine, which contributes to their additional relaxation after intense training and speeds up the recovery process.
