The article noted the importance of the development of physical culture and sports for citizens, considered the issues of improving the legal regulation of relations related to the rights of a fan as a consumer of special sports services, gave an example from practice, made some conclusions and proposed to amend the national legislative acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan and additions related to the field of physical culture and sports.
