This paper explains the current practices of physical education and sports in Asia, as well as new opportunities for developing and promoting this sphere. A literature review reveals that in Asia, particular systems to promote physical education and sports are being implemented in practice. On the other hand, some countries, such as China, Korea, and Japan, are promoting physical education and sports more innovatively than other countries on the continent. In conclusion, it can be pointed out that in Asia, all countries should be developed based on equality. This method can effectively impact the Asian sports industry and play an important role in improving the international standing of Asian physical education and sports.
