One of the key tasks that radically changes the quality of physical education is the recognition of its role as a real mechanism of the physical, moral, and mental development of a person [1,3]. Increasing the role of the individual in various aspects of social life emphasizes the need for a radical change in the approach to physical education as a key resource for healthy human potential. Specialists with deep pedagogical and scientific training are needed, capable of professional creativity to its full extent to implement these tasks in the field of physical education and sports [2,5].
