The article discusses innovative approaches to the use of various physical exercises to improve mental and physical performance, reduce morbidity, and increase the socialization of students in new conditions. The paper presents the results of the research related to student's physical and psychological stress due to the introduction of a credit-modular system for organizing the educational process.
