The study of children's physical fitness allows us to understand its dynamics under the influence of educational activities and targeted pedagogical interventions. This helps to determine the effectiveness of the means and methods of physical education being used, as well as to identify the levels of physical fitness that contribute to the successful handling of educational and physical demands. Purposeful and timely development of motor skills from an early age is fundamentally important. This is because the first year of a child's life lays the foundation for their health, motor experience, and physical development. While the introduction of a system for testing the physical fitness of preschoolers has aided in the planning and control of the educational process, individual abilities and the specific organizational needs of physical culture and health work in preschool settings are sometimes not considered.
