This scientific article comprehensively analyzes the role of women in the social and cultural spheres of society's development. The participation of women in education, culture, spiritual and educational life, civil society institutions, and the institution of the family is highlighted as an important factor in social stability and development. Also, the importance of state policy and legal foundations aimed at ensuring gender equality in increasing women's activity is scientifically substantiated. The article analyzes the institutional mechanisms for supporting women using the example of the experience of Uzbekistan and reveals their role in shaping the spiritual image of society.
