This article explores the impact of group discussion during case analysis on the critical thinking abilities of law students. It aims to investigate how collaborative learning fosters deeper understanding and promotes the development of reasoning skills essential in legal studies. Using a qualitative research methodology, this paper examines the process of group discussions and their effects on problem-solving, argumentation, and decision-making abilities. The study suggests that case-based discussions can significantly improve students' analytical capacities and equip them with the tools necessary for effective legal practice.
