This article analyzes the role and importance of management principles in the educational process in the didactic system. Management principles are an important basis for the effective organization of the educational process, achieving goals and focusing educational activities. The article emphasizes the importance of the following principles: goal orientation, flexibility, activity-based approach, feedback, structuring and control. These principles serve to increase the effectiveness of the educational process, improve student performance and develop interactive communication between the student and the teacher. These principles of didactic management play an important role in improving the quality of education and its continuous improvement.
