This article presents grouped factors that influence the improvement of the efficiency of logistics provider services, and highlights the role of digital technologies in the provision of 3PL, 4PL, and 5PL logistics services. In addition, it discusses the ways enterprises can ensure the effective movement of goods from producers to consumers within the framework of logistics and supply chain management.
