A corpus for natural languages is a comprehensive and well-structured collection of texts. In corpus linguistics, statistical analyzes are important for the production of linguistic phenomena in a particular language or linguistic region. During the analysis of the works of Uzbek classical writers, the stages of forming the text corpus of Ogahi's “Ta’vizu-l-oshiqin” book, using the words and phrases used in ghazals, and creating the text corpus for the electronic dictionary will be studied. The key to achieving the desired result is to create a database of terms found in ghazals.
