The article raises and discusses the concept of "spring" and"autumn". The main components of the concepts of spring and autumn in Russian fiction, in the works of A. S. Pushkin, Koltsov, and Brodsky are revealed. Individually-the author's verbal images of the concepts linguistic and cultural analysis and building the associative fields of the concepts of spring and autumn in the Russian language, has allowed to reveal characteristic features of their perception in the Russian language picture of the world as certain specific images of the Russian spring and, especially, the Russian autumn. The appeal to the historical layers, matching the calendar cycle with the national calendar will need for a deeper understanding of the cultural content of concepts of spring and autumn, their content and development, as well as the preservation and transmission of recorded cultural information, language modeling concepts that constitute the conceptual sphere of "the seasons" as a phenomenon of national culture, forming the Russian language picture of the world in the form of unique visual images.
