This article elucidates the significance of Islamic investment products as an alternative and effective mechanism for financing enterprises, grounded in the principles of linkage to real assets and the equitable distribution of risk. In particular, it analyses the economic essence of financing real-sector enterprises through murabaha, ijara, musharaka and mudaraba contracts, as well as their role in modernising fixed assets, expanding production volumes, enhancing investment activity and ensuring the financial stability of enterprises. It is scientifically substantiated that, unlike the conventional lending system, the direct linkage of income to the outcomes of real economic activity and the distribution of financial risks between the parties constitute an important factor in improving enterprise performance.
