This article presents the results of research conducted to determine the most favorable planting dates for early carrots in Karakalpakstan, and also describes the properties of carrots for human health. According to the research results, the highest yield was obtained from the tested planting dates (April 1, April 10, April 20, and May 1) in fields planted on April 20. (19.6 t/ha). This indicator was 3.8 t/ha or 61.8 t/ha higher compared to the control period.
