Today, with the rapid development of modern technologies, there is an objective need for legal regulation of issues related to intellectual property on websites. However, current trends in the development of this branch of law indicate that at the moment there are some problems with the development of mechanisms for the legal protection of objects included in the website. Based on these problems, the author conducted a legal analysis and made proposals for improving the system of regulation for the protection of intellectual property on websites.
