This research article explores the legal foundations of expanding digital services in the Uzbekistan railway transportation sector. It investigates the challenges and implications associated with the adoption of digital technologies and the corresponding legal mechanisms. The study analyzes the existing technological and legal landscape, reviews international best practices, and proposes recommendations for enhancing the legal and organizational aspects of digitalization in railway operations.
