Zamonaviy xo‘jalik yuritish sharoitlari zaxiralarini hisobga olishni doimiy ravishda takomillashtirish zaruratini belgilab bermoqda. Bu esa korxona resurslarini boshqarish samaradorligiga qo‘yiladigan talablarning ortishi bilan bog‘liqdir. Zaxiralarni hisobga olish iqtisodiy faoliyatning barqarorligini ta’minlashda muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi, chunki uning sifati rejalashtirish aniqligi, xarajatlarni minimallashtirish va foydalilikni oshirishga ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. Maqolada zaxiralarini hisobga olishning asosiy yondashuvlari va usullari ko‘rib chiqilgan, ushbu sohadagi mavjud muammolar tahlil qilinib, ularni hal qilish bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar taklif etilgan. Ayniqsa, ma’lumotlarni qayta ishlash tezligi va aniqligini oshirishga xizmat qiluvchi raqamli texnologiyalar va avtomatlashtirilgan hisob tizimlarini joriy etishga alohida e’tibor qaratilgan. Tadqiqot doirasida qilingan xulosalar korxonalarga tez o‘zgaruvchan bozor sharoitlariga moslashish va resurslardan samarali foydalanish orqali raqobatbardoshlikni ta’minlash strategiyalarini ishlab chiqishga qaratilgan.
