In recent years, the use of big data has become one of the most promising areas in the development of personalized medicine. The article examines the impact of big data processing technologies on improving the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of diseases. It analyzes how big data can contribute to the creation of personalized treatment plans, optimization of clinical processes and increasing the accuracy of medical prognoses. An important aspect is also the study of risks associated with data security, ethical and legal issues, as well as difficulties in integrating data from various sources. The article provides examples of successful applications of big data in medicine, such as the use of genetic information for personalized treatment and disease prediction. However, limitations are also identified, such as problems with data quality and scalability of technologies. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of risks associated with data security, privacy and potential ethical issues. The study emphasizes the need for further improvement of technologies for the safe and effective use of big data in medicine, as well as the development of regulatory and ethical standards. In the future, big data is expected to play a key role in transforming medical practices and improving the quality of healthcare.
