The article explores the issues of contracting and consumer protection on digital platforms. Click-wrap and browse-wrap agreements create information asymmetry, and the risks of digital transactions to consumer privacy are analyzed. In conclusion, legal proposals were made to introduce a 14-day “reflection period”, abolish unfair terms, and establish the joint liability of marketplaces.
