This article explores effective economic mechanisms for providing employment for rural youth and their impact on decreasing unemployment. And also, on the basis of the use of an effective economic mechanism, the socio-economic importance of the development of modern types and means of providing rural youth with job guidance, vocational guidance, training and retraining of unemployed youth is revealed.
