This study is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the transformation of values occurring within the higher education system. It provides a scholarly examination of how contemporary socio-cultural processes—particularly globalization, digitalization, and the emergence of the knowledge economy—are influencing the goals and functions of higher education institutions, as well as their underlying value foundations.
