The article is dedicated to the study of the formation and evolution of industrialpersonnel in the Fergana Valley during the Soviet period. It examines the socio-economic prerequisites, features of personnel policy, and the mechanisms oftraining and distribution of specialists. Both imperial trends and regionalpeculiarities are analyzed. Recommendations for further study of the topic and theuse of historical experience in modern conditions are presented.
