This article examines the problems of ensuring the employment of graduates of vocational education institutions and ways to solve them. Measures such as improving the relationship between the education system and the labor market, adapting educational programs to market requirements, expanding internships and training, and creating jobs are recommended. Theresults of the study are aimed at developing practical strategies and new approaches to facilitate the employment of graduates.
