This article proposes an integrated methodology for assessing ecological and climatic productivity, intended for use in the differentiation of land resources under natural and agricultural conditions. Climatic productivity is considered as a set of meteorological factors that shape the biological resources of landscapes, and the proposed approach accounts for such indicators as precipitation, evaporation, moisture deficit, and radiation balance in a comprehensive manner. The suggested eco-climatic assessment methodology provides a scientific basis for decision-making related to drought risk assessment, water resources management, the allocation of water-saving irrigation technologies, and the rational use of agro-landscapes.
