The article analyzes the use of various tests, complex diagnostic systems, including anthropometric indicators, physical stress tests to measure and assess the physical condition of the human body and its physical fitness. Methods of research on the level of physical condition of the body by scientists K. Cooper, K.P. Buteyko, E.A. Pirogov, V.I. Belov, G.L. Apanasenko, S.A. Given by S.A. Dushanina are given. The emphasis is on the use of the automated (computer) ASKORS system to quantify the risk of major pathological syndromes and conditions for health assessment. When determining the state of health of the body, first of all, the determined indicators of physical activity, recovery time, absolute indicators of central hemodynamics, anthropometric indicators of physical development, as well as weight-height, life and dynamometer index are taken into account.
