This article compares the concept of "motivation" in English, Russian, and Uzbek to analyze its nominative density — the range of linguistic expressions used to convey this concept. The study identifies both differences and similarities in lexical and phraseological units across the three languages, examining their frequency and semantic characteristics. These features reveal cultural and linguistic nuances in how motivation is perceived in each language.
