As the acceleration of digitalization economic system proceeds, the implications both opportunities and vulnerabilities, given such things as globally interrelated infrastructure elements have grown significantly or phase. With businesses and states migrating ever more to cloud platform operations, data-driven decision making driven by big data and artificial intelligence, as well integration of international digital economies, network security emerges as an integral guarantee for economic stability and technological innovation. This article examines the relationship between cybersecurity and digital economic resilience, emphasizing how robust cyber-risk management strategies, regulatory coordination and the capability building of institutions shape whether an ecosystem can endure or rebound from disruptions. The growing sophistication of cyber threats, the wider attack surface providing entrance into other systems through the Internet of Things, and the systemic risks that flow from supply-chain interconnections and dependencies are considered in particular here. It presents evidence that digital resilience does not just rely upon technical defense mechanisms but also involves adaptive governance frameworks, support for the development of human capital and trustworthy measures to help digital services continue smoothly when something goes wrong. Ultimately, enhanced cyber resilience contributes to sustainable digital transformation, promotes innovation, and adds to national and corporate competitive advantage in an ever-changing technological world
