Annotatsiya

This study explores the challenges and factors affecting economic cooperation between the Republic of Uzbekistan and international financial institutions (IFIs). International financial institutions play a critical role in the allocation and redistribution of global financial resources, yet disruptions in their activities can adversely affect national economies. The paper examines theoretical foundations from Keynesian and post-Keynesian schools, including insights from Hyman Minsky, Joseph Schumpeter, and Joseph Stiglitz, emphasizing the role of fiscal, monetary, and institutional reforms in attracting foreign capital. Key internal and external factors influencing project performance, including socio-economic development, institutional quality, personnel competence, technical project documentation, and political, economic, technological, and environmental conditions, are analyzed. The study highlights the necessity of systematic approaches to enhance efficiency, mitigate risks, and ensure economic security while optimizing foreign capital utilization in Uzbekistan
