Ushbu ishning asosiy maqsadi neftni qayta ishlash zavodidagi gaz fraksiyalash bo'limida propan-butan fraksiyasi (C₃) ajratish jarayoni uchun parametrlarning noaniqligi, tashqi buzilishlar va cheklangan o'lchov ma'lumotlari sharoitida moslashuvchan va barqaror boshqaruv tizimini ishlab chiqish va tadqiq etishdir. Ish shuni ko'rsatadiki, sanoatda keng qo'llaniladigan an'anaviy chiziqli PI va PID boshqaruvchi bloklari inshoot parametrlarining sezilarli o'zgarishlari va buzilishlarga duch kelganda cheklangan barqarorlikka ega bo'ladi. Klassik modelga asoslangan oldindan boshqarish (MPC) tizimlari ham modelning noaniqligi va asbob-uskunalar javob kechikishlari tufayli samaradorligini pasaytiradi. Ushbu muammoni hal qilish uchun past darajali chiziqli PI boshqaruvchi bloklarini joriy nazoratsiz omillarga asoslanib optimal boshqaruv koeffitsientlarini ekstrapolyatsiya qilish taklif etiladi.
