Abstract: The article proposes a new quality criterion for controlling the high point of the rectification column temperature profile, which is based on the calculation of the difference between the current concentration of the feedstock in the feed mixture and the predicted concentration in the driving stream. To control the efficiency of the rectification device, a criterion for minimizing the total loss of raw materials in the control interval is proposed. A new model of a chemical reactor has been developed, and the raw material coming out of it is introduced into the rectification column.
