Abstract: Optimizing resource and calendar planning for the formation of the Fergana oil and gas complex program in the conditions of limited resources and within the specified time limits determined by state contracts for the supply of oil to developed countries. It is suggested to use software based on the network planning apparatus for the implementation of large investment projects and coordination of financing terms.
