This paper presents a brief literature review of well-known studies in the field of moisture control and measurement of various bulk materials in a stream. The main advantages and disadvantages of existing patent solutions are highlighted. The features of the developed design are highlighted, which significantly distinguish it from known analogues. The functional scheme and algorithm of the device operation are presented, providing operational measurements of the moisture content of bulk materials in the flow.
