This article examines the impact of demographic growth and urbanization processes on the economic and social development of Uzbekistan. The influence of these factors on the construction industry, labor market, and managerial approaches in the context of active urbanization is analyzed. It is noted that the growing population and increasing share of urban residents generate significant demand for housing, infrastructure, and services, necessitating the implementation of innovative solutions and digital technologies in the construction sector. The paper emphasizes the importance of developing affordable housing, modernizing transport and engineering systems, and training qualified personnel for emerging sectors of the economy. The research results highlight the necessity of an integrated approach aimed at improving the quality of the urban environment, ensuring sustainable development, and enhancing the competitiveness of the construction industry.
