Currently, great attention is paid to the automation of all aspects. Automation of work processes of representatives of the veterinary field is also one of the important issues of today. This article considers the issue of information flow management based on an error detection algorithm in the diagnosis of animal diseases. In this regard, a complex disease analysis method based on analytical values is proposed. This will help the veterinarian in early detection of the disease. The stages of the algorithm for determining the level of the disease in veterinary medicine based on experimental data are proposed, and the accuracy of this algorithm is determined by computational experience. The method proposed in this article can be used as an effective tool for monitoring animal health and early detection of various diseases.
