Annotatsiya

A constructive system methodology is proposed to study the influence of the main climatic and metrological factors on the process of transfer and transport of harmful substances in the atmosphere. Based on the analysis of the collected data, the main factors affecting the spread of harmful substances in the atmosphere are determined. It is established that the fundamental importance in the formation of conditions for the dispersion of pollutants in the atmosphere is the recurrence of winds with a speed of 0.5–1.4 m/s, at which the processes of accumulation of these emissions in the ground layer of the atmosphere develop. Despite the small values of emissions of harmful substances from industrial facilities, it is determined that in some cases, when such winds are long in time, extremely high levels of pollution can form in the ground layer of the atmosphere. The conducted studies have shown that the frequency of weak winds in the territory of the cities of Angren, Almalyk, and Akhangaran can be characterized as unfavorable and complicating conditions for the transfer, diffusion, and transport of pollutants in the atmosphere, and it is confirmed that in the territory of the Tashkent region during the period with high values of the dynamic potential of atmospheric pollution, 88.5% of the annual precipitation falls, which, of course, helps to reduce the level of atmospheric pollution by washing out pollutants from it. It has been established that in the summer, the purification of the boundary layer of the atmosphere by washing out the pollutant with atmospheric precipitation is practically absent, and this factor, in combination with high values of the dynamic potential of atmospheric air pollution, affects the formation of the summer maximum of pollution. Statistical data processing shows that rain with an intensity of 1 mm of precipitation per hour for 15 minutes removes 28% of dust particles of 2 μm in size from the air, and the efficiency of aerosol capture by raindrops decreases with decreasing size of the aerosol particle and becomes practically equal to zero for particles with a diameter of less than 2 μm.
