In this article, an algorithm for calculating the probabilistic-temporal characteristics of heterogeneous information flows has been developed, which allows taking into account the priority and reliability of incoming flows. Mathematical models for calculating the characteristics of heterogeneous information flows with relative and absolute priorities have been developed, which make it possible to determine the effectiveness of priority service systems. Mathematical models for calculating the priority service of heterogeneous information flows with relative and absolute priorities are presented, which make it possible to increase the efficiency of telecommunication networks. Absolute priority has been proven to provide less transmission latency than relative priority.
