Аbstrаct. The scientific article examines the technologies for developing tolerant thinking and citizenship in students based on value approaches. The significance of the article lies in the fact that, based on the great spiritual heritage of the Avesta, it reveals and defines the education of the young generation as the main theme and goal in various aspects of the pedagogical heritage of the Uzbek people. in the spirit of patriotism, peacefulness, tolerant thinking and technologies for developing a civic position. The article emphasizes the importance of paying attention to young people in the development of New Uzbekistan, improving and enhancing the active civic position of young people. and that this is one of the main conditions for a strong civil society. Based on value-oriented technologies, approaches to the formation of tolerant thinking and civic position in students are studied. Based on theoretical and empirical research, effective methods for forming an open worldview, tolerant perception and readiness for active civic engagement in students are determined.
