Annotatsiya. Mazkur maqolada maktab ta’limi tizimida pedagoglarning intellektual salohiyati va uning ta’lim-tarbiya jarayonidagi o‘rni tahlil etilgan. Pedagog intellektual salohiyatining tarkibiy qismlari — kasbiy bilimlar, tafakkur madaniyati, pedagogik qobiliyatlar, ijodiy yondashuv hamda uzluksiz o‘z ustida ishlash jarayoni yoritib berilgan. Shuningdek, zamonaviy ta’lim sharoitida o‘qituvchining intellektual rivoji o‘quvchilarning bilim sifati, mustaqil fikrlashi va shaxsiy kamolotiga bevosita ta’sir etishi asoslab berilgan. Maqolada pedagoglarning intellektual salohiyatini rivojlantirish omillari, pedagogik mahorat bilan uzviy bogʻliqligi hamda maktab ta’limi samaradorligini oshirishdagi ahamiyati ilmiy-nazariy jihatdan ochib berilgan.
