Современные подростки развиваются в условиях стремительной цифровизации, которая оказывает значительное влияние на их психику, стиль общения, способы регуляции эмоций и формирование адаптивных стратегий. В связи с этим возрастает необходимость научного изучения механизмов психологической защиты и резильентности подростков, вовлечённых в цифровое взаимодействие. В статье обоснованы методологические подходы к исследованию защитных механизмов и психологической устойчивости, описаны современные диагностические инструменты, применимые в школьной среде, и представлены методические принципы комплексного изучения личности подростка в цифровом контексте. Предложенная система методологии может быть использована в исследованиях по возрастной психологии, цифровой психологии и психологии развития.
