This article discusses the philosophy of the formation of the noosphere concept. In this regard, we must take into account that socio-political and economic conditions undoubtedly had an important influence on the formation of the doctrine of the noosphere, and the worldview of that time and the development of natural sciences plaed a special role in the emergence of these concepts. It is necessary to systematically study the conceptual approaches within the framework of these issues.
