The development of states depends on the reforms implemented in them and their results. This process was widely implemented in Afghanistan during the reign of Amir Amanullah Khan, and the article sheds light on the shortcomings of the reforms and why they were not read by Afghan society or had a positive effect. The article also provides scientific conclusions based on Afghan sources.
