This article talks about the scientific-theoretical importance of the conceptual ideas of the great philosopher and poet of the East, Jalaluddin Rumi, on ensuring family well-being and stability in his scientific heritage. Also, views on increasing the importance of the family in raising children both physically and mentally healthy were systematically analyzed. In particular, Jalaluddin Rumi's allegorical attitude to issues such as family, male and female relations, child rearing, and respect for women were also touched upon. Also, in order to further increase the role and participation of the family in the development of society, to strengthen the state support for the improvement of the legal, social, economic, moral and moral interests and well-being of families, and to ensure the consistent provision of legal regulation of family life issues. it is about putting.
